Do I need to have prior experience?

No! My team will guide you and coach you until you are successfully running your own business. On the personal training and Taekwondo side of things, also no! We have classes to start you from the ground up

I'm in the holistic field, can we work together?

Yes! We will help you integrate Essential Oils into your practice.

Do you work with children?

Yes. I believe in the whole home approach to healing. Getting children started young in self defense or Taekwondo will set them on a path for success in many ways. Our studio hosts classes for children and I also help parents create a healthier home.
